Description: Alberly ground allspice all metal tin litho spice tin from Albers Super Markets. This tin still is bright gold after all these years. It must have been stored away and is mostly full. The graphics which are the same on both sides feature a central graphic of a knights head with an oak tree above it. The oak tree is again shown on a shield just below that. The bright gold bottom still has the 9 1/2 cent price stamp. I don't know they worked this since 1/2 cents had not been produced in almost 80 years! This tin is 3 1/4" tall. Albers Super Markets were started in Cincinnati, Ohio in 1933. You'll have a hard time finding an nicer example.
