I’m first to admit don’t know a lot about this 9” tall lady.Years ago I had a group of old santos dolls dressedas every day people (of the time period) and she hassimilarities to them. She is made with a clay (possiblyterra cotta) head and extremities, and a cloth body. The doll doesn’t have any markings other than thepaper used for her skirt & apron lining. I haverecently come across identified Neapolitan Crechefigures with the same paper lining to the clothing, so that's a possibility of what she is.She is obviously old as are the fabrics she is dressed in.There is fading on the front of the clothing. The pictures should give you the additional infoyou need, but feel free to ask questions or educate meabout her. Item shown is the actual item being sold.
