Antique 18C Reverse Painted Crest & Panels Courting Mirror

Description: Click photos for larger image! Description & Condition: Up for sale is this rare antique circa 1750 reverse painted American courting mirror. It has marbled reverse painted thin panels surrounding the old mirror and a beautifully molded outer section. The upper tablet with painted flowers. It is in good condition considering it is 300 years old. The upper glass tablet has 2 vertical cracks to the glass but are stable. The back is pine and it measures 17 1/2" by 12 1/2" and is the 1st of two rare courting mirrors I am listing. Please view all the photos and if you have any questions please ask.
