All as indicated in my pictures, which are of the actual book being offered for sale. (I purposefully did not remove the Gaylord plastic cover to photograph the dust jacket, only removed it for the picture of the book boards, as I did not want to inadvertently open the book which could damage its exquisite condition, so the reflection on the dust jacket is my phone taking the picture!) The book comes from the important estate of Dr. Charles ("Chaz") and Betty Montgomery of Tupelo, MS, both of whom were avid book collectors of many years standing.
