It is made of an ivory white woven fabric that is very durable, and feels like a wool blend to me, although I am unsure of the actual fiber content. It has no tears, but does have a few very light stains that are almost un-detectable. I am unsure of its age but it is a contemporary sofa that is fairly new and only gently used. It is full size, will set 3-4 people and measures 32" tall at the backrest, 40" tall with the cushions, 43" wide front to back, 90.5" long across the arms, 79.5" long inside the armrests, 25" tall at the armrests, 20" tall at the seat, and 30" deep at the seat.
