Description: I have a used Alienware 17 R3 for sale! It has an Intel Core i7-6820HK, 16GB Ram, an Nvidia GeForce GTX 980M, a 256GB NVMe SSD, and a 1TB HDD. It has been fully tested and has Windows 11 installed. It has some wear cosmetically. Check out the photos! Fresh Thermal Paste applied. There is a slight LCD blemish producing a small line at the bottom of the screen. It isn't very noticeable during normal use but stands out in some circumstances. If you plan on re-installing Windows, please read the following: This BIOS version, which is quite difficult to downgrade but has the most recent security patches, does not play nicely with the latest Intel integrated graphics drivers when on battery. Without the right OS settings, It can cause a BSOD as soon as it loads into the OS whenever it isn't plugged-in. The easy fix for it is to disable the device in device manager. Alternatively, you can use the microsoft basic display adapter. To be safe, I went with the former. To be extra safe, I used group policy editor to stop Windows Update from messing with the drivers. This way, in case you want to re-enable the integrated graphics to save on some battery power, you can try it. Laptop does NOT come with a charger.
