Description: This auction is for an Aeroflex / IFR FM/AM-500A been recently calibrated and tested. Unit covers up to 1Ghz for FM, AM & SSB Receive modulation.High power measurements ( I always recommend and external attenuator for extended higher power meausrements ) Please refer to the data sheet for exact specifications which is available online. Auction includes accessories AC Cord DC Cord Unit has been just had the Processor battery and power supply re-capped and repaired as well as being calibrated and tested , Complete with all screws , feet and handle. Handle is fully operational as well. Note: front cover NOT included and the internal battery has been removed as well. ( front cover is one that IFR used on a number of Avionics and GPS test products. ) Unit tested on both DC and AC operation and the battery charger function verified as part of the calibration with a battery load simulator. The switches appear to be fully operational and were tested on both the RF, Audio and modes. Note some wear and noise on the controls may be typical for units of this age.Shipping is via UPS ground insured adult signature required to lower 48 only or local pickupNOTE : anything else pictured is not included and is just shown for demonstration purposes such as radios, test keys and duplexers.
