Vuillaume, branded "VUILLAUME A PARIS", certified by Isaac Salchow in New York. B. Simon was a fine bowmaker and brother of Pierre Simon. This is EXCELLENT EXAMPLE of the maker's work, also a wonderful, high level violin bow. This bow is suitable for a leader of the orchestra or a soloist. The stick is dark red brown pernambuco of superior choice, round, strong with a perfect flexibility, top level tonal quality and handling. The length of the stick is 72.4 cm and the weight is of the bow is 60 g. The frog and button are ebony with silver mountings. The bow is ready to play with new hair.
