This design is 3D Voronoi Skull with a hexagon dome. I designed and 3D print these fan covers out of high temp PLA Pro for temperature resistance and strength. Note-3D printing with an air gap to the print base, I used supports/bridging to support the skull and domed hexagon mesh. This process, will leave a very small amount of artifacts on the back side of the print. these artifacts typically are not visible from the front or sides.
