The previous owner painted the wheels black. Maybe spray paint? The condition of the wheels under the paint is unknown. They come with the 4 center caps pictured. They do NOT come with lug nuts or TPMS sensors. I will guarantee them to roll straight & true. There are some blemishes including scratches, scuffs, peeling, chips in the finish, & spiderwebs (worst pictured).
