If you would like your box marked as “HOLD FOR PICKUP” let me know ASAP.You are purchasing 3+ hatching eggs from our small flock of mixed breed ducks. I have 8 different breeds of duck, and over 40 breeding ducks. You can expect a huge variety in genetics. I have 5 drakes with my females. (Rouen, Khaki Campbell, Blue gene copy Rouen, Black Runner, Cayuga)The greatest care will be taken when packaging and shipping your eggs. We cannot guarantee hatch rates since many things are beyond our control once the eggs leave our hands.We are getting extremely good fertility rates on the farm, though fertility is NOT guaranteed.I will include extras when available. Extra eggs are not a guarantee. Eggs are gathered throughout the week. I can guarantee you will receive the freshest eggs available. I ship Monday-Wednesday to avoid weekend delays at the Post Office. I occasionally ship on Thursdays, depending on the location of the buyer.I take pride in my ability to pack and ship eggs safely, and affordably. I only charge the buyer the cost of the shipping label through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Your eggs will be individually wrapped in thick pieces of bubble wrap. They will them be placed in the box surrounded by additional padding and bubble wrap. I will then put cards inside the box. Your box will then be taped up securely and marked with external labels. External labels can include, but not limited to, “Fragile”, “This side up”, “Hatching Eggs”. Your box will then be delivered to the post office as soon as possible.I will not ship to Hawaii or Alaska. I also will not ship to a PO Box.My flock is parasite free, so if there are feces on an egg, it should not affect the embryo. Though I try to lightly brush off feces and mud, there may be some residue left over, because I will never wash hatching eggs.No returns, refunds, or exchanges are available. I will do my best to fill all packaging requests, but there are no guarantees. I candle each egg before it is shipped to verify there are no cracks.Please let the eggs rest at least 24 hours before putting the in your incubator, or under your broody hen.If 2 or more of your eggs are broken on arrival, please send me pictures ASAP. I will replace the amount of eggs in the box for the cost of shipping, only if you contact me. I will do this once per orderThe buyer assumes all risks associated with shipped hatching eggs. Can you do that? A - Unfortunately not. All of my ducks are raised together, so it is impossible for me to tell who laid what. Even if I could, they would still have a high chance of being mixed breed.Q - What breeds will I get? A - You'll have to wait until they hatch! I do not know what will grow inside the egg. I do know that you have a chance of getting purebreds or crosses between Rouen, Khaki Campbell, Blue Rouen, Black Runner, Cayuga, Buff Orpington, F&W Runner, and Welsh Harlequins.Q - It's been a week and my eggs are still not here. What should I do? A - Typically, the eggs should arrive within 2-4 days after I ship them. If a package is delayed in the mail, I will provide two options to the buyer IF an adequate amount of time has passed (determined by the seller). First, you can wait for the eggs to arrive and try to hatch them, OR I can send a fresh set of replacements, if the buyer pays for shipping.Q - Can you send my eggs ASAP? A - I will do my best. Depending on how many pending orders I have ahead of you may or may not allow me to expedite your shipment.Q - I don't have the equipment to hatch. Can you send me ducklings? A - I cannot send you ducklings. I do not have the proper license's/certifications or equipment to do this.
