Description: Here's a nice group of VINTAGE "MYRA NORTH, SPECIAL NURSE" DAILY NEWSPAPER COMIC STRIPS I personally clipped from bound volumes of the FORT WORTH PRESS back in the 1970s. The strip dates are as follows:71 consecutive daily strips from JULY 1 - SEPTEMBER 30, 1936.140 consecutive daily strips from APRIL 1 - SEPTEMBER 30, 1937. See attached photos for a closer look. The printed strips are 3" tall and 12" wide. The cut pieces are 4" tall and 13" wide. The right edges were near the spine of the bound volumes and some strips have binder holes on the extreme right edge, occasionally affecting the edge of the last panel. There may be some edge chipping on the right edge and I noticed one strip was torn in half but complete. The paper is not brittle and these have been stored in darkness for over 40 years.
