Description: This 2023 Roosevelt Dime has three significant errors found. The first is on the reverse at the base of the torch. There are die chips resembling drips of wax falling. On the front there is a die chip error on the brow resembling a wart and one on the head in the hair. Very cool errors I found searching an uncirculated bank roll.
