Description: This is new in an open package as it was an Amazon return. I took it out tested it and it works just as it should. I have bubble wrapped it and taped it back into its packaging for shipping. Note: I don't accept returns but that's for a reason, if I did people want to return everything like Amazon lets them do. I don't allow that, no. However, if you have an issue with a defective item or it got damaged during shipping, we will of course come to an acceptable agreement between us that works out for both parties.
