Description: 2017-18 Donruss JAYSON TATUM #198 Rated Rookie RC Celtics PSA 8 PSA Is a tough grading company, their standards are very high (almost ridiculous)thats why PSA 10's command so much more money. I personally believe PSA 7-9's are undervalued, a PSA 9 is a MINT card, that used to be all the industry cared about was that the card was mint.So few cards come back a PSA 10, sometimes I believe on purpose to keep people striving to get that elusive 10, when really all you are buying is someone's opinion of your card. Here's a tip from me, if you enjoy collecting and want to stretch your dollar buy the lower rated cards. They are still almost perfect and you will own a NRMT-MT card!
