Which is about 2 or 3 medals depending on the size and weight. If the item is too thick, too heavy or comes in a plastic capsule it will ship using 1st class package at a higher rate. How ever I do have a real job and that job requires me to travel for days a time. That means you may have to wait a couple of days for your item to be sent.
