IT WILL NOT FIT 1999-2001 HARLEY TOURING FUEL INJECTED MODELS The Engine has been upgraded with a Hydraulic Chain Tensioner underneath the Cam Plate. The Engine started up & ran normally with no issues! The Engine has a chipped fin as seen in the photos. The Engine has some heavy corrosion on the Chrome Covers as seen in the photos.
