Description: This item is NEW OLD UNOPENED STORE STOCK / INVENTORY from my hobby shop that I closed back in 1999/2000. These were put into storage the day I closed and have not been touched for 24 years. I will NOT advertise or list an item as being in MINT, EXCELLENT or even PERFECT CONDITION as that is pure speculation and I'm not a grader...just a seller....but I will say that my items are as they were when they arrived at my shop and in my opinion are all FANTASTIC PIECES that I'll put up against any similar on eBay...There is always the possibility of shelf ware or other issues to packaging that may exist THIS ITEM HAS NO ISSUES WITH PACKAGING OR CAR ....CHECK ALL PICTURES PLEASE!!!! Back in the 90's Action wasn't at the top of their game in the packaging of their cases sent out vendors. I sent so many cases of cars back for replacement due to package damage that I missed sales and upset customers...I finally had to just start keeping them and selling them as is, since it was just the outer packaging and customers wanted the latest releases as soon as they arrived. I only have a few of these cars left and a couple have very minor issues to package, so I'm taking pictures and listing them separately and pricing them accordingly... but the cars themselves are not affected....CHECK PICTURES FOR CONDITION then you decide....ask questions or for more photos if needed.
