Description: 1996 Porsche 911 Carrera 993 C2 Cabriolet Available now from The Group B is this lovely 96' Porsche 911. Our 911 is finished in polar silver with blue interior and blue convertible top. The car presents very nicely all around and is a great driver. Polar silver is a very unique color as it has a blue hue to it so with the interior and top color this one surely stands out from the rest. Our Polar Silver 993 has been garage kept and is a clean rust free and accident free example. The car has a clean car fax and a clean bill of health with everything in good working order. Exterior wise the paint shows nicely with minor imperfections. There is a quarter size chip on the passenger door. The blue top has no rips or tears. The car also comes with a tonneau cover which is also blue so it can cover the top with the top down. Wheels are OE turbo twists 18 inch staggered with Michelin tires 265-35-18 (2021 date code) and 225-40-18 (2022 date code). Rear speed activated spoiler works as it should both with driving speed and the manually operated button in the console. The blue interior when you put the power top down really looks amazing even moreso in person than the photos. Seats are in good shape and look to have been re dyed at some point. Ac is ice cold, the heater is fully functional. A brand new continental radio has been installed with bluetooth connectivity. All the gauges function as they should and there are no warning signs or error codes present currently. The air-cooled 3.6-liter flat-six engine produces up to 272 HP and drives the rear wheels through an optional Tiptronic 4-speed transmission which allows for both automatic and manual gear changes. Driving is crisp with the new bilstein shock and springs suspension. Accompanying services records show a major engine-out service and reseal in 2007 at 89k miles as well as replacement of the alternator and drive belts in 2021. Most recently in 2022, the replacement of the front control arm bushings, CV axle boots, vacuum units, and air temperature sensors were carried out.
