Description: 1992 BOZO THE CLOWN "THE DOCTOR" Larry Harmon Sericel Animation Art Cel Framed Storage unit find. Great condition with minor wear in certain lights. But the color on the cell is intact. There may be some wear marks on the original white paper backing behind the cell, but did not take that apart. The item has been reframed and the blue paper backing added, not messing with the original condition of the item. The frame is 16 in x 20 in and the visible cell portion is 9 1/2 in x 7 1/2 in.
