Description: You are bidding on a 1991 Nebraska passenger car license plate sticker pair. All of my stickers come with intact backings. The stickers would grade E by ALPCA standards. Member of ALPCA #10058, Wisconsin DLPCC #91, Kansas KLPCA #238. Please see my other license plates up for sale this week on eBay. Shipping for international bidders is $3 for the first sticker and $0 for each additional sticker. Please send a request for an invoice to get the shipping discount. The shipping discount only applies to stickers and not other plates. I do offer combined shipping for all of my auctions, but please wait till I (not eBay) send you a combined invoice before paying. Please place all of your winning bids in your shopping cart to receive invoice if you want the combined shipping. Incorrect invoices, i.e. partial payments or full shipping amounts, will not be accepted if you want shipping discounts. I will hold payments for buyers wishing to combine their purchases to save on shipping for up to 2 weeks, but please let me know if you wish to do this.
