We will pay for the return shipping label and fully refund the item's cost. There is a 10% restocking fee for cards returned for any other reason. Payment Buyers will have 4 days to make a payment. After 4 days eBay will automatically open an unpaid item case on our behalf. At that point, the buyer will have an additional 4 days to make payment before eBay closes the case and puts a strike on the buyer's account.
