Description: This is the panel that is below the steering wheel on the lower part of the dashboard on 1985 - 1991 Chevy Vans and GMC Vanduras. This one came from a 1988 Chevy Van. This does NOT have the styrofoam backer like the newer vans do starting in 1992. The color is BLUE. THERE IS ONE CRACK in the upper right corner. It should not grow, might be best to put a piece of duct tape behind it, it just attached flat to the backer with a screw and then is held on by the lower bolts as well. PLEASE see pics for clear images of the crack No damage, minor wear, nothing notable beyond as noted above. PLEASE ENLARGE PICTURES FOR ALL DETAILS. NOTHING IS HIDDEN. Item has been cleaned.
