The 1983 Topps Michigan Test Packs were ahead of their time. These tamper proof packs were issued only in Michigan. These packs came from the Baseball Card Exchange. Selling from my Personal Collection. I collected from 1974 – 1992. A lot of what I am offering I collected when they were issued. Others I bought from a card store that was closing in the mid 90’s. Look for heat signatures for a possible re-seal and especially look to see that the manufacturer’s roller marks line up. If you hold a pack of cards at an angle in the light, the roller marks should continue on both sides of the wax. Why pack-and-a-card? It was 1979. I spent most of my summer buying wax packs with what little money I had. I lived in Atlanta, and I wanted the Dale Murphy card. I never got it. There is a sort of let down when you open a pack of cards and don’t get what you want. I decided to add a card to minimize that. Return.
