Description: 1976 Gretsch Chet Atkins Country Gentleman 7670 (F-Hole w/Binding). I am describing this guitar as used. I bought this about eight years ago and the longest it has been out of its original Gretsch Hardshell Case (please see photos) was to shoot photos for this ad. Neck & Body are visually, virtually, flawless as to wood finish and luster (please see photos). Binding at Neck, Body and F-Holes appears as new. The only obvious flaw to this guitar is oxidation/pitting/fading of plating at Bigsby tremelo. No mechanical impact to tremelo operation. There is one very minimal scratch to back of body in area of strap button. This scratch will show when photo is enlarged (please see photo).
