The motor works and the gears are in good shape. The gear on the cover shown in the last picture spins freely and independently of the small metal gear on the outside. The plastic gear is not secured to the shaft with the small metal gear. THUS, WHEN THE MOTOR IS WORKING, IT DOES NOT SPIN THE SMALL GEAR THAT ATTACHES TO THE SUNROOF. Not sure if this is normal. This part can be used for parts to repair other sunroof motors or can possibly be repaired. OEM used part pulled from a 1977 Cadillac Eldorado. Must match pictures. Options may vary.
