Description: This is a nice metal cased advertising tape measure that is marked "Teacher's Highland Cream Scotch Whisky" on the attached hard plastic fob. The metal "tape" is marked "HIT" and "Made in U S A" and it includes a small portion on the tape thought to be a diameter scale. This example is in nice condition with some expected wear and small scratches but all of the print is clear and complete. The metal case would have appeared to have been gold colored originally and it may have lost some of it's color to silver color. We honestly cannot tell. The unmarked back portion of the case is virtually reflective. The metal tape is clean with clear print and it is undamaged. We pulled it all of the way out to extend beyond the noted 70 inches. So, from the 70 or so inches it does not retract completely on it's own but does retract as it should. This is a very nice advertising give away. (see close-up pictures) There are NO heavy scratches, NO scuffs, NO dents, NO rust or other major damage noted.
