Cannot be much before 1970 and cannot be later. This great toy needs TLC.It is in good mechanical condition, has been air tested (video) and should not give much trouble to operate on steam.Unfortunately, it has been stored under poor conditions and there are spots of surface rust everywhere (photos).The bare metal parts could also greatly benefit from a deep polishing. Except for the original box, this item is complete.One thing : there was a missing spring belt on the rear. I am providing you with a replacement one but it is too long and needs to be cut to size. Unfortunately, my hands are not steady enough for the precise job.As you can expect from a product made in England, it screws by turning to the left. This should save you some time knowing that.
