It's Hostos Chips from the Hostess brand, which is not the snack cake maker in the US, before they merged with Frito-Lay. I believe this dates to the late 1970s or early 1980s. It features their delightful trio of mascots named The Munchies! It's in excellent used condition. Packaging from this brand is very tough to find.
