Description: A very rare Topps Venezuelan baseball card. The Topps Venezuela cards on the PSA and SGC population report are graded at only a fraction of what the common United States Topps cards are. The card has awesome colors and great print. The Venezuela cards were issued on a cruder cardboard and have virtually no gloss. The card has some toning or browning and some spots or stains. The card has some light surface chipping and the back has a small mark bottom border. The card has some scratches and creases. The card displays well. Please see clear and large photo of the card. Topps issued cards in Venezuela because it was a hot bed for baseball talent and they only issued the cards in 1959,60,62,64,66,67 and 68 and most collectors did not know they were ever issued, they are very RARE.
