The stamp panels were issued as a giveaway item when you bought a 5 cent package of 1962 Topps Baseball cards. The stamps were issued in 2 player panels. Lots of combinations exist. This panel comes with the hard to find original tab. The panel has been graded by SGC as a 6.5. The stamp glue on the back is perfect. Never pasted into an album. Great looking item.
