One of the Meritorious Service Medals is officially engraved. The Legion of Merit is in the 1969 dated box, and the National Defense is in a 1957 dated box. Not sure if you know that the USPS got rid of 1st Class shipping and replaced it the new G-Shipping format. Since then the quality of their service has significantly deteriorated with delivery taking 12 to 21 days (and they keep raising their prices too).
