This map opens to 18" x 30½" and has great detail on old road alignments, with cartography by H.M. Gousha. The coverage area includes the northern part of Los Angeles, Universal City, Calabasas, Sepulveda Dam Recreation Area, Encino, Woodland Hills, Griffith Park, Tarzana, Chatsworth, Northridge, Tijunga, the Lockheed Air Terminal, the Southern Pacific Railroad, Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Reseda, and Granada Hills. The map was distributed by Shell in 1960 and is dated in the legend. The code number in the lower margin is 6-HH. A printed circle locates the Shell Depot in Van Nuys. Condition: This map is in very good, lightly used condition, bright and clean, with no rips or tears.
