This is a LARGE booklet. It measures appx 6x4 inches unopened and contains 266 pages. The cover is a medium-weight cardstock, and the content pages are a medium-grade paperstock. It appears to have had little if any use and is in excellent condition. It has no rips or tears, no spills or smears, and the binding is firm with all pages securely in place. It appears that there was some pencil marking at the top of the first page which was subsequently erased, but there are no other markings or writing. A nice collectible item for the avid railfan.
