The track diagram is appx 24x5 inches. The rule book has a hard cover, and the content pages are a mid-grade paperstock. It is used but in very good/excellent condition. There are no rips or tears, and the binding is secure with all pages firmly in place. There are railroad-entered markings on the front cover (see first scan), but I see no other writing or markings in the book.
