Description: Excellent vintage condition. Minimal fine surface scratches, light surface wear. Silver finish is butter smooth and shiny, with no signs of crazing and cracking that can be common with Trifari pieces of this age. NOTE: Some yellowed stones were replaced with NOS Austrian crystals of the same color, cut, and size. Pieces were worn very little if at all--they were taken care of very well. All stones intact and in mostly very good to excellent condition. Back of brooch is signed TRIFARI with the crown over the T and marked PAT. PEND. Earring clips are marked TRIFARI in elongated lettering with the crown over the T. Note the unusual clip mechanisms! Quite a rare treat for collectors. Brooch was patented by Alfred Philippe for Trifari on April 11th, 1950, patent no. 158,125. Pieces are carefully packaged and shipped in a jewelry gift box.
