Reprinted in 2004 by Nation Builder Books, Leesburg, VA. Please note this is a new, photoduplicated reproduction, not an original. The accompanying picture was scanned from a reprint, not the original. I want to stress that this is only a two-page document -- one sheet of paper printed on both sides. That’s all I procured as an original, and that’s all that I can give you. The top left of the page pictured below bears the following number: 20M-10-47-Form 111. On the bottom right there is a place provided for the owner or dealer to enter the date; on the original I have obtained, there is an ink-stamp of “NOV-5 1948”. The opposite side carries the title “Instructions for Changing the Stroke,” with two line drawings at the bottom. In the original, there is just a small amount of staining at the top of both pages that obscures a handful of letters in the text; this defect is carried over into the reproduction.
