The instrument plays and functions well with all valves and slides operational save for the 3rd valve dump slide which is stuck (the 3rd slide itself works fine). There is significant lacquer wear and also evidence of prior bell repair (please see the photos), Included is a period (but not necessarily original) Olds case and Olds 3 mouthpiece. The serial number of 10xxx suggests it was likely produced in early 1941 and is definitely one of the earlier lightweight supers which means that it slots well, plays easily and lights up significantly when pushed.
