In the center simplified National Arm, with the circulated legend above "ESTADOS UNIDOS DE DE VENEZUELA" and on the exergue "GR. 25", the year and "LEI 900". , varying with the change in one ribbon to "13 de Abril de 1864" in the National Arm.
