Description: Darling antique Horsman 24" composition mama doll from a collector's estate. She has blue/gray tin sleep eyes with sable upper lashes and feather stroke brows. She is an early Horsman doll from the 1920's and marked "E.I.H. (C in a circle) A.D.C." on the back of the shoulder plate. Her head, arms and legs are composition; body is cloth with a (mute) mama box. Her long blond sausage curl wig is a vintage replacement. For being nearly 100 years old, she's in pretty good shape, but missing fingers on the left hand, and has a repair and chip on one foot. Please be sure to enlarge photos for details. Long ago, a little mother wrote her name "Molly" on the bottom of the dolls feet...so cute! The doll is dressed in an antique (Victorian era) gown with stockings, bloomers and an undershirt. The doll and clothing are clean. In spite of the age related imperfections, she's a pretty girl and displays with a wonderful antique ambiance.
