Description: This product is a postcard from the 1924 US presidential election. It features an unused green 1 cent stamp with the image of Benjamin Franklin. The stamp was issued between 1911 and 1920 in the United States and is related to the topic of politicians. What a rare fine!!! Ever wonder how Presidental Polls were taking in early History? By USPS of course. This was common at this time and done as a secret ballot. This post card was never filled out and returned. With the 2024 election quickly approaching we know without a doubt that this item is also quickly approaching 100 years old since Calvin Coolidge only ran for President the one time in 1924 and he won the election. This stamp is an excellent example of what the Scott stamps looked like and the color green is good and acurate. I don't know muchabout stamps so I don't know the # but I do know it was issued around the same time as the rare one. The Stamp is perforated which adds to the character and the history. It's close to mint I would say. The post card is also accurate in it's vintage color and for 100 year old paper I would call it amazing. I really need a 3rd catorgory to fully list this item. It is loaded with so much collectiblility and History and Value.
