Description: Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE 1918-D Mercury Dime, Choice Almost Uncirculated. A much better than average strike for this date, without the peripheral weakness noted by David Lange. Strong fasces lines as well, likely near Full Bands when originally struck. The Obverse details are just a touch soft and "fuzzy", so that die was run a bit long, but far better than most I see. Retains more than half of the luster. A date I feel is solidly underrated if well struck and with decent surfaces, due to considerable abuse normally found on these due to the heated First World War economy. 1107-01 Please Note: We require payment within four days of purchase, unless you contact us for other arrangements in advance of purchase.
