(Please inspect photo 1 & 7) Published by THE NURSING SISTERS OF THE SICK POOR. 172 PAGES TITLE: THE LIFE OF VERY REVEREND MONSEIGNEUR WILLIAM J. WHITE I found little documentation on the Monsignor. I did see that he was the Director of Charities in Brooklyn and rector of the Church of the Visitation and it appears that he died in September 1911. I assume that you would have to know about his life to be interested in this book. I believe that the Church is located in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn at 98 Richards Street, in Red Hook. oak MEDIA MAIL: The USPS allows books, records and other media to be mailed at a cheaper price than typical mail. It tends to be a much slower mailing process than standard mail. In addition, any employee of the USPS can open the package at ANY time for ANY reason to verify that what is inside is what should be inside. In most cases, the item is properly repackaged but in rare cases it is not, and an item can arrive damaged. As my feedback suggests, I package very carefully. If you receive a damaged item that has the appearance of having been poorly packaged, please contact me prior to leaving feedback so that it can be addressed. PLEASE NOTE: For book sales, I virtually always include a vinyl bag tightly wrapped on the exterior. This is an attempt to prevent any USPS employee from opening the package for inspection as it would be time consuming for them to repackage it. This is done simply because my packaging is done more carefully than their repackaging and also to protect the book from the elements. The vinyl bag covers cardboard protection and you can simply cut the bag open (carefully) and remove the contents. The cardboard protection is also typically held with tape and cutting in the obvious places will allow the cardboard to pop right open, exposing the book (in another protective vinyl bag). Using this method, you should be able to open any book I send in under a minute. No "buzz saw" is required. Thank you
