Description: 1893 WORLD'S FAIR GLASS MAGIC LANTERN SLIDE WOMEN'S BLDG. INTERIOR LOOKING NORTH. This listing is for an antique black & white glass plate photo/lantern slide. (Possibly by Frederick Dundas Todd.) The slide features an interior image of the Women's Building, looking north; and the edges of the glass plate slide read: T. H. McAllister, Manufacturing Optician, 49 Nassau Street, N.Y.; handwritten 20480 Women's Bld. Int. looking N. The opposite side of the plate slide is marked: T. H. McALLISTER, Manufacturing Optician, Nassau Street, New York. The slide measures approx. 4" BY 3-1/4", in very good condition. When packed SECURELY for shipping, the weight is 9 ounces.
