Just seven pieces have been graded finer by PCGS and NGC combined at this level of contrast and one MS61PL has been graded by NGC with none finer. The present piece looks PL with perfectly reflective fields surrounding frosted devices. Outstanding flashy luster radiates throughout highlighting wonderfully strong details.
