Size: The map and text area between the neat lines measures approximately 8 1/2 by 10 1/2 inches (22x27cm) on a 9 by 12" page (23x30cm) Condition: It is in Good to Very Good overall condition for its age with overall tonal ageing, text on reverse. It is basically as seen in the pic. There is a repair on the bottom edge not affecting the map area, otherwise it is fairly clean with strong color that would frame up with a nice antique appearance, see the pics for more on condition.
