It is from Herbert Fry's London, Bird's-Eye Views of the Principal Streets, published in London: Allen & Co., 1886 a facsimile copy of the title page is included for authenticity. The map is not mounted, matted nor framed being sold as a single sheet as seen in the first pics. A rare map that is not ofen offered. Size: The map image measures approximately 4 7/8 by 8 3/8 inches (12x22cm) on a 7 1/4 by 9 1/2" page (18x24cm) with a margin all around as seen in the pic. Condition: It is in Good overall condition for its age, basically as seen in the pics, blank on the reverse, with a centerfold as issued, printed on strong paper. There is some minor wear on the corners and a couple of minor spots in the margin, otherwise it is very clean and would frame up well, see the pics for more on the condition.
