Die chip between loops on left side of first 8. Polishing marks inside ear. Open 2. Reverse C3d- O over S variety with the center shaft of the S broken within the O. Small dots of metal all over eagle and wreath. An earlier die state shows as a triangular dot at left side of loop opening and as a fine line in the middle.
