It is from an 1882 edition of McNally's System of Geography, a copy of the title page is included. It is not mounted nor matted, being sold as a single sheet as seen in the first pic. Size: The map and text area between the neat lines measures approximately 8 1/2 by 10 1/2 inches (22x27cm) on a 9 by 12" page (23x30cm) Condition: It is in Fair overall condition for its age with overall tonal ageing, text on reverse. It is basically as seen in the pic. There is browning and handling smudges on the corners, damp stains, a couple of short tear repaired on reverse, clipped and creased upper corners, see the pics for more on condition.
