Part 1 is in poor condition. The threads have come loose in spots, and the binding is loose, as shown. It had agespotting, cover wear, some staining, but wow, is it beautiful. The art, the history, it's amazing. Part second is in better shape. It has all the same wear, but the binding is in tact.
